My name is Beren Emirzadeoglulari, I am 19 years old, and I am a student at Eindhoven University of Technology. I currently live in a student accommodation, and I am looking to move because my current contract is ending. I'm searching for a quiet, well-kept one-room place in Eindhoven.
Financially I am stable and reliable. My income comes from monthly parental support which is about 3000 euros a month. I have no payment issues.
Outside of my studies I lead a calm, organised life — I enjoy travelling and outside sports and I'm not one for loud parties. I do not smoke. I keep my home clean and tidy, look after the place I live in, and be respectful of neighbours, which I think makes me a low-maintenance and trustworthy tenant.
