Looking for an apartment in Enschede

I am a PhD employee of University of Twente (started from 01-07-2025 will end at 20-06-2029) and I am looking for an apartment in Enschede. My yearly gross salary is 42000, and I am also 30% rule include. My salary also increases 300 every year. I live with my partner. We have no kids, no pets, and we are quite and tidy and don't smoke.
