Looking for a tenant to my apartment in Limburg.

I am offering a 3-room, 72 m² flat in Geleen. If you're looking for something similar in Leiden, Utrecht, Haarlem or surrounding areas (surronding Amsterdam), that would be great! My situation is not a typical home swapping one: I own the apartment in Geleen, so my situation is: finding a tenant who wants to move to Limburg area, who agrees on getting a rental contract, while I get a rental contract on my side from his/her landlord.
