Schiedam, flat 50 m², 1 kamer, €1500

Dear sir/madam, My name is Jacob Vlachos, and I am currently a student, as is my partner. We are looking for a 1- or 2-bedroom apartment in Rotterdam or nearby areas such as Schiedam, Capelle aan den IJssel, Vlaardingen, or Barendrecht. Our preferred budget is between €1,000 and €1,600 per month, depending on the property. We are quiet, tidy, and responsible tenants, and we can provide all relevant documents or references upon request. Additionally, we have personal savings and financial support from our parents, who have a stable combined income of over €16,000 per month. We are also open to paying several months of rent in advance if needed, to provide you with peace of mind regarding our financial stability. Thank you for considering our application. Warm regards, Jacob Vlachos
