We are Ricardo Aires and Sandra Mira, a Portuguese couple, and we are writing to inquire about accommodation in Eindhoven for our 20 year old daughter, Carolina Aires. Carolina is a new student at Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e), where she will be pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics for the next three years. Your contact details were kindly shared with us by a Portuguese couple whose two children previously stayed in one of your properties.
As we understand you manage accommodation in the area, we would like to know if you currently have or expect to have by September any studios or apartments available for rent. We are currently on vacation and have high flexibility: we are available to travel to Eindhoven immediately to view your properties, and Carolina could move in as early as the beginning of August to ensure a smooth and comfortable transition for both sides.
Carolina is an exceptionally responsible, calm, and organized young woman who leads a quiet lifestyle, completely focused on her academic goals. Her track record in the Netherlands reflects this dedication: during her first year in Amsterdam studying at Inholland University, she managed to successfully balance a demanding academic load while working part-time at McDonald's. It was this hard work and maturity that allowed her to secure her place at TU/e.
She is a working student, and her monthly income consists of her salary, government financial support, and personal savings. Furthermore, to provide you with absolute financial peace of mind, the two of us will act as her official guarantors and co-sign the lease agreement. We are fully prepared to provide our annual income statements and, if it helps to secure the agreement, we are also open to paying a few months of rent in advance.
As a family, we value respect and cleanliness, and we guarantee that Carolina will take excellent care of your property. We would be incredibly grateful to hear about any current or upcoming vacancies you might have.
