Nicolas Flosdorff - Student Leiden University

My name is Nicolas, I am 19 years old and I am looking for a place in The Hague, as I will start my studies at Leiden University in September. Financially, I am fully supported by my parents whose income (19.000€ p.m) is well within the housing permit requirements. I have no debts and can provide any financial documents upon request. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, reading and doing sports — I live a calm lifestyle, which I believe makes me a good neighbour. I am respectful and take good care of the places I live in. I don’t have pets. Previously, I volunteered with an NGO in Greece (Samos). There I rented a room for 10 months and left on excellent terms with my landlord, who is happy to provide a reference.
