Utrecht: 1-kamer appartement, 35 m², €1700 huur

Hi, I'm interested in your property. I'm applying together with my girlfriend, Sofia, as we are both currently living in Utrecht. Ignacio: I'm a Master's student at Utrecht University, studying Financial Management, and I also work remotely as Finance Coordinator. I have a permanent employment contract and a stable income, and I also have savings. Outside of work and studies, I enjoy sports, especially gym, football, padel and boxing, and I also love travelling and spending time outdoors. Sofia: works as a Cinema Driver at Surfilm Fast SLU, and can provide the necessary documents regarding her employment and financial situation. She loves walking in nature, crossfit, basketball, travelling and spending time with friends. We are both responsible, tidy and respectful, and we're looking for a comfortable place to live together. We are available to move immediately. Kind regards, Ignacio and Sofia / /
