Enschede: Appartement, 2 kamers, 79 m², €1300 huur

Hi, I am very interested in your apartment in Enschede and would love to arrange a viewing. My name is Bahar Ghanbari and I am a full-time Physiotherapy student at Saxion University of Applied Sciences. I am looking for a stable, long-term home in Enschede and your apartment immediately caught my attention. I am a quiet, clean and responsible tenant. I will be the only occupant, I do not smoke, have no pets and do not host parties. I am financially well-supported, and sufficient financial means can be demonstrated with the necessary documentation. I am available to move in immediately and am prepared to proceed quickly if the apartment is suitable. I would really appreciate the opportunity to view the property and introduce myself personally. Kind regards, Bahar Ghanbari
