Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Herlander Serpa, and I am writing to express my strong interest in the advertised property. I am a hardworking, responsible, and calm person, currently residing in the Netherlands. I work full-time, with indefnite contract, earning a monthly income of €4,650, which allows me to cover the rent and all associated expenses steadily and punctually. I am currently living in a rented room and urgently need to find my own home, where I can have stability, privacy, and better living conditions. I am looking for a long-term rental property where I can settle in and care for the space as if it were my own home. I do not have pets, I do not smoke, and I lead a calm lifestyle, always respecting my neighbors and the building rules. I am an organized and careful person who keeps the house clean and well-maintained. I have all the necessary documentation available, including my employment contract, proof of income, and references, should they be required.
